Stone farmhouses, shaded by pines or orange trees, typically with indoor and outdoor ceremony space and more reasonable pricing than equivalent venues in the Balearics. Coastal options (El Saler, Gandia, Oliva) work for couples who want the sea close by without island prices.
Valencia's climate is reliable. The season runs April to October comfortably, with June and September the most popular months. July and August are warm but not extreme: outdoor evenings work without the heat stress you get in Seville or Madrid.
