We Assess the Group Booking
We check availability with the right hotels, negotiate group rates and confirm the conditions: minimum rooms, cancellation window, deposit and payment schedule. One main hotel is set as the base; we can add more if a second block reaches the minimum.
Your Guests Get a Personalized Page
A private page with your names and wedding date lists the confirmed hotels, room types, group rate and included services. Guests browse and choose without spreadsheets or back-and-forth emails.
Guests Book Online Directly

Does this service cost anything for the couple?+
No. Accommodation management is included when you plan your wedding with us. Hotels compensate us for bringing the group booking, so you and your guests only see the group rate.
What is the minimum number of rooms?+
It depends on the hotel and the season, usually between 8 and 15 rooms for the main hotel. We confirm the exact minimum with each hotel before opening bookings.
Can we have more than one hotel?+
Yes. We start with a main hotel near your venue and open a second (or third) block when there is real interest and the minimum can be reached.
Are my guests forced to book from the page?+
Not at all. The page is a recommendation with a group rate. Any guest can book elsewhere if they prefer.
What if my venue includes accommodation?+
Perfect. We coordinate the on-site rooms for your closest circle and open a nearby hotel for the rest of the guests, keeping the whole group in the same area.
