Choosing the right wedding planner in Spain matters more than most couples realise. The venue is fixed, the caterer follows a spec, but the planner is who actually runs the day. A great one saves you months of stress and thousands of euros in avoidable mistakes. A weak one leaves you finishing their emails at 11pm the week before your wedding.
The most important filter is local presence. A wedding planner in Ibiza who lives in Ibiza knows the noise curfews, the licensed venues, the reliable caterers and the suppliers who deliver on time. A generic events planner working remotely from Madrid or London does not. Same rule for Mallorca, Barcelona, Marbella, Malaga and every other region on this site.
The second filter is language. If your guest list is international, your planner needs to communicate in your language, but also in Spanish (or Catalan, or German depending on the region) with vendors and municipal offices. Every planner listed here speaks at least English plus one local language.
The third is independence. Some planners are quietly tied to specific venues and push them regardless of fit. The planners we list are not tied to any single venue or supplier. Their recommendations are based on your budget, guest count and vision, nothing else.
Use the filters above to narrow by region and language. Read the bios, then contact one or two directly. Every planner offers a free discovery call, no obligation.
